mental health resources
Mental health is an important aspect of our life as female Christian leaders. In light of that, it’s my goal to provide you with a variety of resources that may be helpful for you as you take care of your own mental health, as well as leading others.
I’ve compiled several of the mental health resources that I’ve come across and/or that have been recommended by guests on my podcast and put them here in one place for you.

Digital & Virtual Resources
Finding Hope in Helping
Laura Howe’s course, Finding Hope in Helping, is meant to help you go from drained, worn-out and stretched beyond capacity to being equipped to negotiate the complex demands and care needs of your ministry. Laura shared a coupon code for you when she was on the podcast on episode 81. You can use CWLP for 20% off the course!
Faithful Counseling
I’ve partnered with Faithful Counseling to be able to offer you a resource for your mental health needs. Faithful Counseling is a solution for people seeking traditional mental health counseling who would prefer hearing from the perspective of a Christian.
If you are seeking a mental health professional who is a practicing Christian, Faithful Counseling may be a great option for you. This is a virtual service so you can access the counseling via phone, video chat, or messaging.
I have tried out this service myself to make sure that it’s something I would want to recommend. I will mention that I did have to try a couple different counselors to find one that matched my needs. However, I have found the service easy to use and beneficial, and a great option (especially right now where you may have less access to in-person counseling).
